Fine is our highest grade; all book dustjackets are in new, clear archival covers. All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless otherwise indicated. All books are guaranteed to be as described, and may be returned at any time for any reason for a full refund, including return postage. All items are shipped securely.
Ordering and Payment
Books may be reserved by telephone, fax, or email, and are subject to prior sale. Please include your phone number and address with your order. Payment can be made by credit card or, if preferred, by check or money order. Libraries and institutions may submit purchase orders and/or be billed, according to preference. Reciprocal courtesies extended to dealers.

DOMESTIC MAIL (within the United States)
(a) Free Media Mail rate shipping on all orders,
(b) for FEDEX Ground, $12 for the first book, $4 for each thereafter;
(c) Priority Box, $14 for the first book, $4 for each thereafter.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL (Canada and outside the United States)
SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
Otherwise,
(a) for International Priority Mail shipment to CANADA (6-10 days), $30 for the first book, $5 for each thereafter;
(b) for International Priority mail shipment to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (6-10 days), $40 for the first book, $10 for each thereafter:
(c) for International Express Mail shipment to CANADA (3-6 days), $40 for the first book, $5 for each thereafter;
(d) for International Express Mail shipment to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (3-6 days), $50 for the first book, $10 for each thereafter:
(e) for International Priority Mail FLAT RATE ENVELOPE shipment (6-10 days, single book orders only, subject to size limitations, not available in all countries), $14. Any postage fees incurred above these rates are billed at cost.
(f) for International Express Mail FLAT RATE ENVELOPE shipment (3-6 days, single book orders only, subject to size limitations, not available in all countries), $25. Any postage fees incurred above these rates are billed at cost.
